Club Operations Assistant

Monitors operations of the club and assigned area. Responsible for issue, receipt, and control of cash boxes. Inspects and secures facility at the end of the shift. Reviews schedule of functions taking place and provides instructions and guidance to club staff. Ensures club rules, regulations and established procedures are followed. Resolve complaints and customer concerns. Ensure employees perform duties in accordance with prescribed standards of personnel appearance, behavior, uniform and sanitation. Requisitions all supplies and ensures proper stocks are ordered. Conducts inventory with current inventory software. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
